Christopher C. KainChristopher C. Kain, MD, FAAOS, FNASS has provided orthopaedic services in the Kitsap Medical Community since 1991 and was instrumental in helping form the WestSound Orthopaedic Corporation in 2005. Dr. Kain specializes in spine surgery as well as other general orthopaedic injuries and disorders. Dr. Kain offers conservative and comprehensive spinal care for all regions of the spine.  He has expertise in performing minimally invasive laminectomy/discectomy, minimally invasive fusions (including anterior lumbar fusion), kyphoplasty, and adult scoliosis surgery. Dr. Kain works closely with community physicians and physical therapists to decrease the need for surgery and optimize results if surgery is needed. Dr. Kain is the Team Physician for Olympic High School, a member of Kiwanis, coach for "Destination Imagination," a supporter and coach for Pee-Wees football and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Outside of his professional career Dr. Kain is passionate about his family, cooking, diving and woodworking.
