Prescription Request
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of WestSound Orthopaedics, PS are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM. To make your request please have your pharmacy fax their request form to (360) 698-7002. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy. If you are having complications related to your prescription or you do not feel it is working the way it is/was intended please call our main line at (360) 698-6630 and request to talk to our triage clinical specialist.
