If you or a loved one experience a traumatic injury or suffer from sudden acute orthopedic pain, we are here to help. In order to achieve a positive outcome, it is very important for an injury to be evaluated quickly after it occurs. In order to provide all of our patients with the best care available, we accommodate “same day urgent care” appointments. Please call our office at (360) 698-6018, and we will get you in immediately.

Our scope of services for our urgent care are:
- Closed Fractures
- Minor Dislocations
- Painful, swollen or injured joints of the extremities
- New Onset Neck Pain
- New Onset Back Pain
- New Acute Nerve Pain
- Lacerations
- Sports Injuries
- Acute Sprains and Strains
- Acute Orthopaedic Work Injures
Our care restrictions requiring that you seek care elsewhere include:
- All medical problems that are non-orthopaedic
- Chronic orthopaedic problems (Call our main line 360-698-6630, to schedule a routine appointment with one of our physician or physician assistant providers.)
- Chronic Pain or Pain Management
- Certain Insurance Companies (Such as Group Health or Tricare Prime)
- Any patient under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
- Multiple Injuries
- Severe Injuries
Of note: We do not carry any oral or injectible narcotics or pain medications of any kind in our facility.
